The Connections Education Service provides limited support for at-risk adolescent youth who are currently unable to attend other classroom options. Students in the Connections Service are placed there by the School District  Indefinite Suspension Review Committee, Central Programs administration, or District approved referral by a second ministry (e.g. Probation, Mental Health, MCFD or Health Services). The Connections staff works with these agencies to develop a comprehensive integrated service plan for each identified student. with the goal of transitioning them to Central Programs or a regular school classrooom.
